Adalberto brings a blend of corporate and executive search experience to every assignment. His personal practice focuses on conduct the most extensive executive search as possible to match the best talent to the needs of our clients.
Additionally, Adalberto work to assist foreign companies build their Portugal based management teams as well as having a focus on building both Executive and Advisory Boards.
Prior to founding Acthus Group, Adalberto served as a Managing Director for McLane Group. His career prior to Executive search was based around 20 years in the marketplace both as an entrepreneur and working for a number of very large corporations. His experience has spanned products, consulting and services both domestically and internationally. His extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of management spans 20 years in key management positions for companies such as Exel Logistics, LinksConsult, GIB Group, Killine Group, Luxottica, Innovations and Revue Corporation. Adalberto was recognized for his achievements by receiving numerous Area and Regional Director awards, and prestigious Leadership award.
The experience gained over the last twenty years, working with and in the mid-cap and start-up markets has allowed Adalberto and his team to provide significant added-value to his clients. His expertise in the areas of sales, logistics, production, marketing, general management and strategy has allowed him to differentiate his approach to executive search recruitment.
Adalberto received his BS degree, magna cum laude, in Management and Finance and Investment from Johnson Wales University.
